You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Black Book App and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with your use of The Black Book App or any violation of these Terms.
